Bookings & Inquiries

• We only accept same day bookings over the phone.
• The earliest you can make a booking is three months prior to the date of your planned stay.
• Guests can check in any time between 3pm and 10pm and are required to check out by 10am. We do not allow guests to check in later than 10pm.
• If you'd like to try any of our outdoor activities during your stay, please make an inquiry through the online form or contact us directly over the phone at 026-258-2978 (+81-26-258-2978 from overseas). Cancellations

• The following cancellation charges will apply for each person included in a booking for cancellations made during the following periods:
  7 to 5 days prior to your stay: 20% of accommodation costs
  4 to 2 days prior to your stay: 30% of accommodation costs
  1 day prior to your stay: 50% of accommodation costs
  On the day of your stay: 100% of accommodation costs
