Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available in front of the main entrance and on the south side of the building.
- Front entrance: 5 spaces
- South side lot: approx. 15 spaces

Is smoking allowed?
No. Our entire facility is non-smoking.
A designated smoking area is located outside to the right of the main entrance. Please use that area when smoking. -

Is breakfast available?
Yes, breakfast is available by advance reservation.
You can choose whether to include breakfast when booking your stay.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.If your plan does not include breakfast, you can still add it at check-in.
Please note: breakfast service is unavailable on LAMP’s regular closing days. -

Is there a laundry or kitchen available?
Yes! Near the main entrance, you’ll find:
- Washing machine (¥100 per use)
- Laundry detergent (free)
- Dryer (¥200 per use)
There’s no shared kitchen, but:
- An electric kettle is available on the 1st floor.
- A microwave is available on the 2nd floor.
If you’d like to use glasses or cutlery, please ask our staff.

Do the rooms have baths or toilets?
No, guest rooms do not have private baths or toilets.
Shared bathrooms are available:- Bath area: 1st floor
- Toilets: 1st & 2nd floors
Bath hours: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(Closed for cleaning between 7:00–8:00 a.m.)

What are the front desk hours?
The front desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Our phone line is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.We’re unable to take calls outside these hours, so please contact us within this time frame.

What are the restaurant’s opening hours?
Our restaurant hours are as follows:
- Morning: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (reservation required)
- Cafe: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Last order times vary by day:
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): 9:00 p.m.
- Fridays & Holidays: 9:30 p.m.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes! We’re happy to store your luggage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.
- Before check-in: from 8:00 a.m. on the day of your stay
- After check-out: until 10:00 p.m. on the same day
We can also hold your luggage if it’s sent to us in advance or brought directly to the property, starting 3 days before your check-in date (including the day of check-in).
When shipping luggage, please be sure to include your name and check-in date on the delivery slip, and contact us once it’s been sent.
Please note that we may not be able to store perishable items (such as cakes) depending on their size or condition.
If you’d like to store something special, please contact us in advance for confirmation.

When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized (pre-approved) at the time of booking or when making changes to your reservation.
For bookings made more than 55 days in advance, authorization will occur 55 days prior to your stay.
The actual payment will be processed on your check-in date. -

My credit card shows an error and I can’t complete my booking.
If you encounter a credit card error during payment, it may be due to one of the following:
- Your card company temporarily put a hold on the transaction for security reasons
- You’ve reached your card’s limit
- Your card has expired
- The card number has changed due to reissue
- Insufficient balance on prepaid or debit cards
- Your card is invalid or currently disabled
If you’re unable to complete your booking due to card issues, please contact us for assistance.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes, please let our staff know at check-in if you’d like a receipt.

We accept both cash and electronic payments.

What’s the nearest train station?
The nearest station is Kurohime Station, located about 3 km from LAMP.
- Walking: about 35 minutes
- Taxi: about 10 minutes
🚕 About taxis:
There are usually taxis waiting at Kurohime Station, but we recommend booking one in advance.You can also get a “Shinano Town Tourist Taxi Discount Ticket” (which covers the base fare) at the Tourist Information Center inside Kurohime Station.
🚗 If you’re renting a car:
LAMP is about 40 minutes from Nagano Station by car.
In winter, please make sure your vehicle has 4WD and snow tires (studless).
If you’re not used to driving in snowy conditions, we recommend taking the train and taxi instead.Car rental options near Nagano Station:

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

Yes! You’ll find a small shop inside LAMP selling apparel and souvenirs.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
🔥 For Day-use Sauna Guests
Please come to the reception about 15 minutes before your session starts.
Changing rooms open 10 minutes before your reservation time to avoid congestion.🏠 For Overnight Guests
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(Late check-in after 11:00 p.m. is not available.) - Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
If you’re using the sauna after check-out, please return your room key beforehand.
We can store your luggage at the front desk while you enjoy the sauna. - Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

If you haven’t received a confirmation or notification email, please check the following:
- Your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
- The email might be in your spam or junk folder.
- Your device or provider might be blocking our domain.
- Your email security settings may prevent delivery.

Toothbrush, cotton pads & swabs set, earplugs, slippers, cleansing oil, lotion, and bath towels (for overnight guests only). -

We provide the following items for guest use:
Lotion, cleansing oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer / hair iron, and face towels (available in the bath area).
