We offer a lodging experience in the forests of Shinano, where you can relax and forget the passage of time. Whether you are a couple, a family, or a group of friends, we provide a variety of rooms—Japanese-style, Western-style, and dormitory—to suit the way you want to spend your stay.

Rooms
Rooms on the 2nd Floor of the Main Building
From compact twin rooms to spacious Japanese-style rooms, the 2nd floor of LAMP Nojiri offers a total of nine rooms with a variety of styles.
Unlike the trailer houses, the rooms in the main building are closer to each other, but the rates are more affordable.
The main building is also the only place on the LAMP grounds with a yubune (Japanese-style bathtub).
Warm yourself in the bath, then head straight to your room for a restful night’s sleep.
BESSOU 404-2
In the living room, you’ll find a wood-burning stove.
The bathroom is spacious enough to stretch out and relax, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cooking utensils—so you can experience life as if you’ve moved into your own private vacation home.
Located a short distance away from the main building, this standalone lodging allows you to stay without worrying about your surroundings.
Earthboat
A trailer house with a private sauna, located about a 3-minute walk from the LAMP main building.
It is the only accommodation at LAMP Nojiri where you can stay together with your pets.
With a self check-in system, you can go directly to your room without checking in at the main building.
In addition to the sauna, the trailer house is fully equipped with a kitchen, shower, and toilet—making it a completely private, standalone space for your stay.
Swallow
Like the Earthboat, this trailer house comes with its own private sauna, but it does not have a shower or toilet inside, making it a more compact and minimal stay.
Whether you’re heading to the sauna or to the bath in the main building, you’ll need to step outside—and in those moments, you might just look up to find a clear, star-filled night sky above you.
It’s a room designed to let you experience even more of the great outdoors of Shinano, where LAMP is located.
Shared Spaces
Bathroom/Toilet/Powder Room
Since there is no bathtub, toilet, or shower in the room, please use the shared facilities. The bath has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and there is a women's-only powder room with a variety of amenities. Please feel free to use it.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Please come to the reception about 15 minutes before your session starts.
Changing rooms open 10 minutes before your reservation time to avoid congestion.🏠 For Overnight Guests

If you’re using the sauna after check-out, please return your room key beforehand.

No, guest rooms do not have private baths or toilets.

Is smoking allowed?
No. Our entire facility is non-smoking.
A designated smoking area is located outside to the right of the main entrance. Please use that area when smoking. -

Is breakfast available?
Yes, breakfast is available by advance reservation.
You can choose whether to include breakfast when booking your stay.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.If your plan does not include breakfast, you can still add it at check-in.
Please note: breakfast service is unavailable on LAMP’s regular closing days. -

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes! We’re happy to store your luggage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.
- Before check-in: from 8:00 a.m. on the day of your stay
- After check-out: until 10:00 p.m. on the same day
We can also hold your luggage if it’s sent to us in advance or brought directly to the property, starting 3 days before your check-in date (including the day of check-in).
When shipping luggage, please be sure to include your name and check-in date on the delivery slip, and contact us once it’s been sent.
Please note that we may not be able to store perishable items (such as cakes) depending on their size or condition.
If you’d like to store something special, please contact us in advance for confirmation. -

We provide the following items for guest use:
